"Take care of your body. It's the only place you have to live."
Jim Rohn, Business Philosopher

You must have confidence that you will stay focus and not defer from the fitness plan that you created for your self. You must be patient and believe in what you are doing to achieve your health goals. Finally, you must have faith that God will be with you during challenges, temptations and setbacks. It is not the end of the world but a test that you can overcome.

Fitness is the ability to be active in your daily routines of life. Exercise increases your energy levels, changes your body composition, provides flexibility and offers muscular strength and cardio endurance. By combining exercise with spirituality, you can obtain inspiration for encouragement to triumph over temptation; improve your stamina; and develop a new or better relationship with God.

"For bodily exercise profits a little, but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise of the life that now is and of that which is to come."
I Timothy 4:8, King James Version of the Bible
