Dormowa Sherman's Fitness Story: A Weight Loss Wake-up Call

There are times in everyone's life that you realize that change is only possible when you act on it. Many people have numerous excuses for putting things off to tomorrow. Well, tomorrow is not promise to us and today is a present from God to get started. Dormowa Sherman from Maryland gives a true inspiring fitness testimony of how at the age of 19, she had a wake-up call recognizing that her weight problems were not going to disappear if she continued to do nothing. At 5’4, she went from 253 lbs to 140 lbs. I personally loved her story. Her story is a fitness transitional journey that Dormowa continues to travel.
