Age Less, Live More: Achieving Health and Vitality at 107 and Beyond He tells his story of how he learned the secrets of long life through his father a Brazillian-born doctor and herbalist. His father taught him the "proper nutrition, the wisdom of movement and exercise, and the profound value of faith". LaPallo is an example of how healthy living produces a healthy mind, body and soul.
