When losing weight, people not only change their physical appearance but the way that they think about themselves. Many times a person's self-confidence and self-esteem is raise when they achieve their weight goals. It brings about a new attitude when one sees results derived from hard work, perseverance and self-control.

    • A poor attitude does not take you very far but the right attitude can take you great heights in life.

    • Know your self-worth without the need to be arrogant or prideful

    • Have the ability to encourage your self when no else will.
  1. Beliefs
    • Faith that inspires you to keep moving forward despite the odds.

These are just a few distinctive traits that express the person within each of us. It is an unconditional and unbiased beauty that is expressed when people encounter our presence everyday that never grows old.

Your beauty should not come from outward adornment, such as braided hair and the wearing of gold jewelry and fine clothes. Instead, it should be that of your inner self, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is of great worth in God's sight.
